水泥固化再生骨料改性盐渍土的路用性能研究

摘　　要：为了提高建筑固废的利用率,改善盐渍土的路用性能,通过再生骨料(RCA)改性盐渍土。对再生骨料-盐渍土混合土的击实特性、无侧限抗压强度、抗冻融性能、水稳性能进行测试,分别研究了不同水泥和RCA掺入比下固化土的力学性能以及不同RCA掺入比下固化土耐久性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着水泥掺量增加,固化土的力学性能明显提升;随着RCA掺量增加,固化土的力学强度先增后减,在掺量为40%时达到最大,最高强度比未掺RCA的试件高57.3%。适量RCA的掺入能够较好地改善固化土的耐久性能,RCA掺量为30%~40%时,具有较优的水稳定性和抗冻性。综合考虑固化土的各项性能,RCA掺量宜控制在30%~40%之间,力学性能与耐久性能均能得到较好保证。In order to increase the utilization rate of construction solid waste and improve the road performance of saline soil,in the paper,the saline soil is modified by recycled aggregate(RCA),the compaction characteristics,unconfined compressive strength,freeze-thaw resistance,and water stabilization properties of recycled aggregate-saline soil mixture are tested,and the mechanical properties of the cured soil with different cement and RCA mixing ratios and the durability properties of the cured soil with different RCA mixing ratios are studied respectively.The results show that:with the increase of cement doping,the mechanical properties of cured soil are obviously improved;with the increase of RCA doping,the mechanical strength of cured soil increases firstly and then decreases,and reaches the maximum when the doping ratio is 40%,and the maximum strength is 57.3% higher than that of the specimen without RCA doping.The durability of cured soil can be improved by the addition of appropriate amount of RCA,and it has better water stability and frost resistance when the dosage of RCA is 30%~40%.Considering the various properties of cured soil,the dosage of RCA should be controlled between 30% and 40%,and the mechanical properties and durability can be guaranteed.
