摘 要:高栏港大桥为独柱塔分体式钢箱梁斜拉桥,采用全飘浮约束体系,桥位处于亚热带季风区,热带气旋严重影响项目区域,且面临台风威胁,为保证钢箱梁悬臂拼装顺利,需设置合理有效的塔梁临时锚固结构。采用MIDAS Civil软件建立了全桥施工阶段分析模型,计算了最不利工况下塔梁临时锚固反力,探讨了合理的塔梁临时锚固施工方案,针对竖向临时锚固的拆除时机进行了分析。结果表明,1号斜拉索二次张拉后激活竖向临时锚固有利于结构受力,纵、横向临时锚固允许塔、梁出现微小竖向位移保证了临时锚固结构传力路径清晰;竖向、纵向临时锚固结构充分发挥了钢材的性能,横向临时锚固结构充分发挥了混凝土的性能;提索门吊拆除后、架梁吊机拆除前进行竖向临时锚固的解除有利于减小体系转换的安全风险。形成的塔梁临时锚固方案可为同类工程项目提供参考。Gaolangang Bridge is a single column tower and split steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,which adopts a fully floating constraint system.The bridge is located in the subtropical monsoon zone,where is severely affected by tropical cyclones and typhoons.To ensure the smooth cantilever assembly of the steel box girder,a reasonable and effective temporary anchorage structure for the tower and beam needs to be set up.A full bridge construction stage analysis model is established using MIDAS Civil software,and the temporary anchoring reaction force of tower and beam under the most unfavorable working conditions is calculated.A reasonable construction plan for temporary anchoring of tower and beam is discussed,and the timing for dismantling vertical temporary anchoring is analyzed.The results show that activating the vertical temporary anchorage after the second tensioning of the No.1 cable is beneficial for the structural stress,and the longitudinal and lateral temporary anchorage allows for slight vertical displacement of the tower and beam,ensuring a clear force transmission path for the temporary anchorage structure.Vertical and longitudinal temporary anchoring structures fully utilize the performance of steel,while lateral temporary anchoring structures fully utilize the performance of concrete.The removal of vertical temporary anchoring after the removal of the cable gantry crane and before the removal of the beam crane is beneficial for reducing the safety risk of system transition.The temporary anchoring scheme between tower and beam can provide reference for similar projects.
