预制梁工业化生产绿色低碳评价指标体系与方法研究

摘　　要：交通基建领域尚缺少梁厂建设及生产阶段的绿色低碳评价体系,难以有效地评估预制梁工业化生产减污降碳水平。在充分分析现有预制梁生产工艺工法的基础上,结合专家调研法、频度分析法、系统分析法和有效度检验法,构建了2个维度4个层级20个指标的综合评价指标体系。针对单位用地面积、物料损耗量、能源消耗、绿化率、碳排放量和绿色低碳管理措施方面指标,确定了指标标准值、评分方法、赋分标准和评价等级划分标准。通过对我国华东地区某高速公路预制梁厂建设工程实例计算研究,验证了评价指标体系在预制梁工业化生产绿色低碳评价方面的可行性,为我国预制梁厂甚至交通基建领域的可持续绿色发展目标的实现提供理论支撑。Due to the green low carbon evaluation system for the construction and production stage of beam factory has not been formulated in the transportation infrastructure,it is difficult to efficiently evaluate the pollutant and carbon reduction level of industrial production prefabricated beam.On the basis of fully analyzing the existing precast beam production process method,a comprehensive evaluation index system with 20 indicators in 2 dimensions and 4 levels is constructed based on the specialist research,frequency analysis,system analysis and validity test method.In addition,the indexes of unit land area,material waste,energy consumption,greening rate,carbon emission and green low carbon management measures on the evaluation method are explored.The index standard value,scoring method,scoring standard and evaluation grade classification standard are determined through the analysis of the proportion of green low-carbon indicators.The feasibility of the evaluation index system in the green and low-carbon evaluation of prefabricated industrial production is verified through the calculation and research on the construction project of a highway prefabricated beam factory in East China.These results are expected to provide theoretical support for the realization of sustainable green development goals in China's precast beam factories and even in the field of transportation infrastructure.
