促进低空经济多业态融合健康发展

摘　　要：目前,低空经济正以前所未有的方式在全国迅速兴起,其发展令世界瞩目。低空经济的核心产业涵盖低空制造、低空飞行、低空保障及综合服务等产业。低空经济区别于传统经济增长方式,科技含量高,涵盖多个前沿领域,应用场景广泛,产业处于高速成长期,市场规模迅速扩大,是一种典型的新质生产力。但是,这种新的经济形态具有明显的市场驱动特征,创新驱动相对滞后,本质上还比较脆弱,一定程度上存在内卷问题,面临诸多不确定性与潜在风险。推动低空经济跨领域、跨行业、跨部门多业态融合健康发展,需要加强产业发展环境融合、空地融合及能源融合。Currently,the low-altitude economy is expanding rapidly across the nation in unprecedented ways,attracting significant attention worldwide.The core industries of the low-altitude economy include low-altitude manufacturing,low-altitude fight,low-altitude support,and comprehensive services.Distinct from traditional economic growth models,the low-altitude economy is characterized by advanced technology,integrating multiple cutting-edge fields with extensive application scenarios.It is in a high-growth phase with the market scale expanding rapidly,making it a typical example of new-quality productivity However,this emerging economic model is primarily driven by market forces,with innovation lagging behind and inherently fragile.To a certain extent,it also faces issues of intensifying internal competition,numerous uncertainties,and potential risks.In order to promote the integrated and healthy development of low-altitude economy through cross-disciplinary,cross-industry,and cross-department,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of the industry-environment,air-ground integration and energy integration.
