摘　　要：要素禀赋结构是乡村产业发展的重要基础,有效市场和有为政府是乡村产业发展升级的主要驱动力量,产业技术创新升级和品牌化规模化经营体系是产业升级的必然途径,制度的合理变迁和软硬基础设施建设是乡村产业发展升级的有力保障。在以上各因素的耦合作用下,乡村地区可以在不同要素禀赋结构下实现资源的最优配置,推动乡村产业高质量发展,加快农业农村现代化建设。Factor endowment structure is the important foundation for the development of rural industries.The effective market and the competent government are the main driving force for the development of rural industries.The innovating and upgrading of the industrial technology,the proper branding and large-scale management system are the inevitable way of industrial upgrading,The reasonable institutional changes and the construction of software and hardware infrastructure are strong guarantees for the development and upgrading of rural industries.Under the coupling effect of the above factors,rural areas can realize the optimal allocation of resources under different factor endowment structures.Meanwhile,rural areas can promote the high-quality development of rural industries,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
