摘  要:二化螟是水稻作物上的主要害虫之一,每年给我国水稻生产造成严重损失。目前,二化螟的防治主要依靠化学杀虫剂。近年来,由于杀虫剂的不合理使用,我国不同地区二化螟种群已对包括有机磷类、大环内酯类和双酰胺类的多种杀虫剂产生了不同水平的抗药性。关于二化螟抗性机制的研究发现,二化螟P450s、ESTs等解毒代谢酶的酶活性提高,AChEs、RyRs等靶标位点突变及ABC转运蛋白转运能力的增强是造成二化螟对杀虫剂产生抗药性的主要原因。对近年我国不同地区二化螟种群的抗药性发展及其抗药性机制研究进行总结,以期为我国水稻二化螟的化学防治提供用药指导。Rice stem borer Chilo suppressalis is one of the major pests in rice crop,causing serious damage to rice production in China every year.At present,using chemical insecticides is still the pri⁃mary strategy for controlling C.suppressalis.However,due to the unreasonable use of insecticides,C.suppressalis populations in many areas of China have developed various levels of resistance to a va⁃riety of insecticides including organophosphorus,macrolides and anthranilic diamides.Studies on the resistance mechanisms of C.suppressalis showed that the enhanced activities of detoxifying en⁃zymes such as P450s and ESTs,mutations of AChEs and RyRs,and the increased transport capacity of ABC transporters mainly contributed to the resistance of C.suppressalis to insecticides.The pres⁃ent review summarized the resistance development and mechanisms of C.suppressalis to several com⁃monly used insecticides in China,in order to provide medication guidance for using insecticides to control C.suppressalis in China.
