摘 要:轴重30 t铁路电力机车受电弓传动系统稳定性,会对弓网动态接触力波动范围有直接影响,从而影响弓网配合方面的性能。设计轴重30 t铁路电力机车受电弓服役性能试验,跟踪测量不同速度级运营的电力机车受电弓静态抬升力,利用一元方差分析法,研究在不同服役里程测量结果的差异和不同速度运行条件下测量结果的差异,最后分析了测量结果的发展趋势。The stability of pantograph transmission system of railway electric locomotive with axle load of 30 tons will directly affect the fluctuation range of pantograph catenary dynamic contact force,thus affecting the performance of pantograph catenary matching.The service performance test of pantograph of railway electric locomotive with axle load of 30 tons is designed,and the static lifting force of pantograph of electric locomotive operating at different speed levels is tracked and measured.The difference of measurement results under different service mileage and different speed operating conditions is studied by using one-dimensional variance analysis method.Finally,the development trend of measurement results is analyzed.
