摘 要:适用于城际动车组的系统修维修策略,以RAMS理论为基本依据,采用固定与可变作业包相结合的方式,实现城际动车组定期修、状态修、故障修有机结合;结合运用实际对高级修进行了修程和内容优化,全生命周期的维修成本低,维修效率高。以城际动车组典型系统的FMECA分析为例,介绍了故障模式危害度计算方法,对比分析了试行系统修维修策略前后,典型系统故障模式危害度及经营管理考核指标情况,分析结果显示:城际动车组典型系统故障危害度显著下降,经营管理考核指标显著提升,高级修修程优化安全性良好,各轮次高级修设置均衡。The system repair strategy applicable to the intercity EMU is based on the RAMS theory,the combination of fixed and variable operation packages is adopted to realize the regular repair of the intercity EMU,the combination of state repair and fault repair is organically combined with the actual application of advanced repair to optimize the process and content,with low maintenance cost and high maintenance efficiency in the whole life cycle.Taking the FMECA analysis of the typical system of the intercity EMU as an example,the hazard degree of failure mode is introduced.Before and after the trial system repair strategy,the typical system fault mode hazard and business management assessment index are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the hazard degree of typical system failure of intercity EMU is significantly reduced,The operation and management assessment indicators have been significantly improved,the optimization and safety of advanced repair is good,and the setting of each round of advanced repair is balanced.
