摘  要:传统通过深度-压力关系图确定井筒液面位置的方法,当遇到压力不稳定、流体密度不均匀、测点少等情况时存在精度不够或无法计算的问题。提出了依靠试井手段,在测取全井筒多点压力、温度的基础上,先根据全部井段压力温度梯度判断液面所在井段,再利用液面上下的实测点的压力和压力梯度计算液面位置的补充算法。当上部的气柱只有一个测点或者根本没有测点而无法进行线性回归的情况下,传统算法无法计算液面的位置,因液面附近的流体性质与液面上下实测点的流体性质最为接近,此方法提高了液面计算的准确度。经SQ储气库S4-1等多口井成功应用,计算结果符合生产实际情况。该方法提高了井筒内流体密度不均匀条件下液面位置的计算精度,是传统液面位置计算的有效补充。Traditional methods for determining wellbore liquid levels through depth-pressure relationship graphs encounter issues with accuracy or infeasibility under conditions of unstable pressure,non-uniform fluid density,or limited measurement points.Relying on well testing techniques,and on the basis of acquiring multi-point pressure and temperature data along the entire wellbore,the well segment where the liquid level is located can be identified according to the pressure-temperature gradient across the entire wellbore.Then,liquid level position can be calculated using the pressures and pressure gradients at measured points above and below the liquid level with a supplementary algorithm.In situations where the upper gas column has only one measurement point or lacks measurement points altogether,rendering traditional linear regression methods inapplicable,this new approach significantly enhances the accuracy of liquid level calculations by utilizing the fluid properties near the liquid level,which closely resemble those at the measured points above and below it.The method has been successfully applied to several wells,including Well S4-1 in the SQ gas storage reservoir,with results aligning well with actual production situations.This technique improves the calculation accuracy of liquid level position under conditions of non-uniform fluid density within the wellbore and serves as an effective supplement to traditional methods.
