摘 要:在电力改革和新型电力系统建设背景下,提高电能计量异常实时在线感知研判能力是保障电力市场交易、供用电安全的重要课题。当前对电能表错接线的研判需要专业技术人员携带各种量测设备进行现场接线分析,存在技术复杂、安全性低、携带不方便、效率低等问题。该文设计了一种基于云边端协同的电能表错接线在线感知诊断系统,利用非接触式现场稽查终端从现场或从云边用电采集系统获取电能表的量测数据,对电能表接线异常进行分层判定,给出精准研判结果。该应用可为大规模、高效、安全地开展现场电能表错接线分析处理提供可行的技术方案。In the context of electricity marketization reform and the construction of new power systems,improving the real-time online perception and judgment ability of abnormal electricity metering is an important issue to ensure the safety of electricity market transactions and supply and demand.The current analysis of incorrect wiring in electric energy meters requires professional technicians to carry various measuring equipment for on-site wiring analysis,which has problems such as technical complexity,low safety,inconvenient equipment carrying,and low work efficiency.A cloud edge collaborative online perception and diagnosis system for incorrect wiring of electric energy meters is designed in the article.The system uses non-contact on-site inspection terminals to obtain measurement data such as voltage,current,phase,and operating status words of intelligent electric energy meters from the site or from the cloud edge electricity collection system.The abnormal wiring of electric energy meters is layered and judged,and graphics and accurate analysis results are provided to achieve historical data tracing and analysis and calculation of electric energy return and compensation.This application provides a feasible technical solution for large-scale,efficient,and safe on-site analysis and handling of incorrect wiring of electric energy meters.
