摘  要:风电轴承的过早失效降低了风机的可靠性,增加了维护运营成本,而轴承性能的优化和可靠性的提高要求润滑脂在各种工况下均能提供理想的润滑性能。总结了风电机组主轴、变桨、偏航和发电机系统中轴承的失效形式,并阐述了润滑脂针对微剥落、微动磨损和电蚀问题的研究进展;对目前风电轴承润滑脂的配方研制和现场试验情况进行了分析总结,其润滑脂普遍采用合成基础油和多种功能添加剂复配协同才能满足润滑要求,现场试验结果表明国产润滑脂性能与在用进口润滑脂相当;润滑脂的组成对风电轴承磨损的影响机制有待进一步深入研究,且应当加快建设自主风电轴承模拟试验台架,为润滑脂的选择提供依据。The premature failure of wind turbine bearings reduces the reliability of wind turbines and increases the maintenance and operation costs.The optimization of bearing performance and improvement of reliability require greases to provide ideal lubrication performance under various working conditions.The failure modes of bearings in main shaft,pitch,yaw and generator systems for wind turbines are summarized,and the research progress of greases on micropitting,fretting wear and electrical erosion is expounded.The formulation development and on-site test of current greases for the bearings are analyzed and summarized.The greases generally use a combination of synthetic base oil and multiple functional additives to meet the lubrication requirements.The on-site test results show that the performance of domestic greases is equivalent to that of imported greases in use;the influence mechanism of composition of greases on wear of the bearings needs to be further studied,and the construction of independent simulation test bench for the bearings should be accelerated to provide a basis for selection of greases.
