摘 要:针对双馈风力发电机转轴微动磨损故障,从发电机的振动,转轴与轴承内圈的配合以及材料性能等方面进行分析,认为轴承原始游隙过小,轴承过盈量偏小,机组振动偏大以及摩擦副材料性能不足是导致转轴呈蜂窝状损伤形貌的原因。通过增大转轴与轴承内圈间的过盈量和轴承原始游隙,减小振动,在接触副涂抹防蠕动膏的措施,有效解决了转轴微动磨损问题,保障了风力发电机的可靠运行。The fretting wear fault of double-fed wind turbine rotor shaft is analyzed from aspects of vibration of the turbine,matching between rotor shaft and bearing inner ring and material properties.It is concluded that small original bearing clearance,small bearing interference fit,large vibration of the turbine and insufficient material properties of friction pair are reasons for honeycomb-like damage morphology of rotor shaft.By increasing the interference fit between rotor shaft and bearing inner ring and the original bearing clearance,reducing the vibration,and applying the anti-creep paste on contact pair,the fretting wear problem of rotor shaft is solved effectively,ensuring the reliable operation of the turbine.
