摘  要:为了解决铜-钢双金属浇铸成型工件在界面处出现的脱黏缺陷问题,以风电齿轮箱滑动轴承为研究对象,利用Comsol Multiphysics有限元软件建立了双金属浇铸成型工件超声检测仿真模型并进行数值模拟,分析超声波在不同缺陷尺寸下的传播特性;通过接触式超声检测试验和水浸超声检测试验分析了缺陷波振幅与缺陷尺寸的关系,并对缺陷进行定量表征。结果表明:缺陷波及底波的振幅变化均与缺陷尺寸存在线性关系,C扫描成像能够检测缺陷的相对位置及大小,仿真与试验结果具有良好的一致性。In order to solve the problem of debonding defects on bonding surface of copper-steel bimetallic casting workpieces,taking sliding bearings for wind turbine gearboxes as research objects,a simulation model for ultrasonic detection of the workpieces is established by using Comsol Multiphysics finite element software,and the numerical simulation is carried out to analyze the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic wave under different defect sizes.The relationship between amplitudes of defect wave and defect sizes is analyzed by contact ultrasonic test and water immersion ultrasonic test,and the defects are characterized quantitatively.The results show that the amplitude changes of both defect wave and bottom wave are in a linear relationship with defect sizes,C-scan imaging can detect the relative positions and defect sizes,and the simulation results are in good agreement with test results.
