摘　　要：电池产业发展迅速,对于人才的需求急剧增长。传统教育模式已难以适应行业对创新创业人才的需求。通过分析电池产业链的特点及发展趋势,探究高校学生创新创业能力培养现状,结合高校学生创新创业教育的实际需求,提出具有针对性的培养策略,旨在系统性地提升学生的创新和创业技能,以期为电池产业的持续创新和高速发展提供创新型人才。With the rapid rise of the battery industry,the demand for talents increases dramatically.The traditional education model has become difficult to adapt to the industry’s demand for innovative entrepreneurial talents.Through the analysis of the characteristics and development trends of the battery industry chain,the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship training for college students are explored,and combining the actual needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,the targeted training strategy is proposed to systematically improve innovation and entrepreneurial skills of students.It is hoped provide innovative talents to the continuous innovation and rapid development of the battery industry.
