摘 要:在实际的工况环境下,红外温度传感器所设置的材料发射率不同将会使得红外温度测量结果产生偏差,影响铝板材的板形质量。针对这一问题,本文构建了一种基于不同发射率作用下的温度补偿模型,修正待测物体在不同发射率下的温度测量值。结果表明:该补偿模型能有效降低发射率数值偏离对于轧辊红外温度测量结果的误差影响,温度误差值控制在1℃以内,对于提高红外温度传感器的测温精度有着重要意义。In actual working environment,different emissivity of materials set by infrared temperature sensor will lead to deviation in infrared temperature measurement results and affect the shape quality of the aluminum plate.Aiming at this problem,a temperature compensation model based on different emissivity is constructed to correct the temperature measurement value of the object to be measured under different emissivity.The results show that the compensation model can effectively reduce error influence of emissivity value deviation on error infrared temperature measurement results of rolls,and the temperature error value is controlled within 1℃,which is of great significance to improve the temperature measurement precision of the infrared temperature sensor.
