摘 要:针对目前气象行业缺乏小型集成化风速计的问题,本文基于流场与温度场的相互影响,设计开发了一种风速风向传感器。首先,采用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对不同流场下的温度场进行仿真测试,确定传感器表面8个负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻的布局。然后,根据不同风速、风向下,8个NTC的仿真响应值,设计3阶傅里叶级数拟合方法实现风向风速的测量,并采用线性插值法对环境温度引起误差进行修正。通过风洞测试进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:设计的热场式风速风向传感器风速检测范围可达1~30 m/s,精度在±(0.5+0.03v)m/s内,风向检测范围在0°~360°,精度在±5°内。Aiming at the problem that there are less small integrated anemographs in meteorological industry,a wind speed and direction sensor based on interaction between flow field and temperature fields is designed and developed.Firstly,the temperature field under different flow fields is simulated and test using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to determine the layout of the 8 NTC thermal resistances on the surface.Then,according to simulation and response values of the 8 NTC under different wind speeds and directions are employed,a 3-order Fourier series fitting method is desiged to achieve wind speed and direction measurements,and a linear interpolation method is used to correct errors caused by ambient temperature.Experimental verification is carried out through wind tunnel tests.Experimental results show that the designed thermal field type wind speed and direction sensor can detect wind speed in the range of 1~30m/s with an precision within±(0.5+0.03v)m/s and wind direction in the range of 0°~360°with an precision within±5°.
