摘  要:针对风电和负荷随机性影响多能源系统调度稳定性的问题,采用线性化方法研究了一种计及源荷随机性的多能源系统低碳优化调度策略。考虑风电波动性、市场电价的随机行为以及电负荷自主调整弹性系数,构建风电、电负荷波动域;利用一种排序截断分摊法的线性化过程,对风电、电负荷波动域进行线性化,使原不确定优化问题转化为确定性优化问题,便于直接求解;构建考虑风电、电负荷线性化后的多能源系统低碳优化框架,并进一步分析阶梯式碳价机制对风功率消纳和碳排放的影响。算例分析表明,排序截断分摊法的线性化过程可直接用于确定性优化问题并简化求解过程。基于上述方法分析出的碳交易价格在当前能源价格背景下合理有效,可促进多能源系统经济性和低碳性的协同。Aiming at the problem of wind power and load stochasticity affecting the stability of multi-energy system dispatch,a low-carbon optimal dispatch strategy for multi-energy system taking into account the source-load stochasticity was investigated by using a linearization method.Considering the wind power fluctuation,the stochastic behavior of market electricity price and the elasticity coefficient of autonomous adjustment of electric load,the domain of wind power and electric load fluctuation was constructed;using the linearization process of a sorted truncation apportionment method,the domain of wind power and electric load fluctuation was linearized,so that the original uncertain optimization problem was transformed into a deterministic optimization problem,which was easy to be solved directly;the framework of low-carbon optimization of multi-energy system considering the linearization of wind power and electric load was constructed,and the impact of a tiered carbon pricing mechanism on wind power consumption and carbon emissions was further analyzed.The example analysis shows that the linearization process of the sorted truncation apportionment method can be directly applied to the deterministic optimization problem and simplify the solution process.The carbon trading price analyzed based on the above method is reasonable and effective in the context of current energy prices,and can promote the synergy of economy and low-carbon of multi-energy systems.
