气悬浮带式输送机在煤炭行业的应用分析

摘　　要：气悬浮带式输送机是一种运行平稳、高效、环保且效益好的散料输送设备,已广泛应用于粮食领域。受物料特性及行业的差异,气悬浮带式输送机在煤炭行业散料运输中存在着一些问题需要引起重视。围绕气悬浮带式输送机原理,结合煤炭行业特点,针对输送带跑偏、盘槽气孔防堵孔、输送带选型及经济效益等问题进行了分析研究。研究表明,气悬浮带式输送机运行和维护费用较低、全生命周期经济性好、环保效益高,适合应用于煤炭行业。The air suspension belt conveyor is a stable,efficient,environmentally friendly,and cost-effective bulk material conveying equipment,which has been widely used in the field of grain.Due to the characteristics of materials and industry differences,there are some issues that need to be taken seriously in the transportation of bulk materials in the coal industry with air suspension belt conveyors.Based on the principle of air suspension belt conveyor and the characteristics of the coal industry,an analysis was conducted on issues such as belt deviation,disk slot air hole anti blocking hole,conveying belt selection,and economic benefits.Research show that air suspension belt conveyors have low operating and maintenance costs,good economic efficiency throughout their entire life cycle,and high environmental benefits,making them suitable for application in the coal industry.
