摘 要:采用数值模拟方法对煤层开拓大巷进行煤柱宽度优化研究,分析变采动应力、变煤柱宽度下大巷稳定性(应力、变形和塑性区)。结果表明,煤柱宽度小于30 m、采动应力系数≥3.0时,开拓大巷铅直应力远高于煤柱宽度40 m时。相同采动应力系数下,大巷顶板及两帮位移均随着煤柱宽度的增大而逐渐减小,且采动应力系数越大减小量越大。采动应力系数≤2.5时,各煤柱宽度下大巷的顶板及两帮位移变化不大;采动应力系数>2.5时,大巷顶板及两帮位移在煤柱宽度40 m以后变化较小,即大巷间煤柱宽度40 m时相互影响较小。采动应力系数≤1.5时,围岩体的塑性区均处于锚杆锚索支护范围内;采动应力系数≥2.5时,塑性区超过锚杆锚索支护区域(变形量≥120 mm,塑性区分布形态呈“蝶形”)。The numerical simulation method was used to optimize the width of coal pillars in the coal seam development main roadway.The stability of the roadway(stress,deformation,and plastic zone)under variable mining dynamic stress and variable coal pillar width was analyzed.The results showed that when the coal pillar width was less than 30 m and the mining stress coefficient≥3.0,the vertical stress in the development main roadway was much higher than that when the coal pillar width was 40 m.Under the same mining stress coefficient,the displacement of the main roadway roof and two sides gradually decreases with the increase of coal pillar width,and the larger the mining stress coefficient,the greater the reduction.When the mining stress coefficient≤2.5,there is little change in the displacement of the roof and two sides of the main roadway under the width of each coal pillar.When the mining stress coefficient is greater than 2.5,the displacement of the roof and two sides of the main roadway changes less after the width of the coal pillar is 40 m,that is,the mutual influence between the main roadway and the coal pillar is relatively small when the width of the coal pillar is 40 m.When the mining stress coefficient is≤1.5,the plastic zone of the surrounding rock mass is within the range of anchor rod and cable supporting.When the mining stress coefficient≥2.5,the plastic zone exceeds the anchor rod and cable supporting area(the deformation≥120 mm,and the distribution pattern of the plastic zone is in the shape of a"butterfly").
