摘 要:在《中国城市轨道交通智慧城轨发展纲要》引导下,互联互通、全自动运行以及智能交通运输组织已成为我国城市轨道交通未来发展趋势。文章通过对全自动运行系统互联互通技术进行分析,针对线网运营后运营成本增加和乘客出行换乘不便等日益突出的问题,提出一种基于互联互通的全自动运行系统全局调度技术方案,并以云平台为基础构建线网全局调度系统。其首先对全自动运行系统互联互通关键技术路线进行梳理,然后提出基于线网的全局调度技术(包括相关的系统构架和多目标优化模型),最后以某城市的线网运营和客流数据为基础,通过遗传算法对线网调度技术的多目标优化模型进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,采用文中所提技术方案,可降低城市轨道交通社会消耗总成本10.8%,缩短乘客出行时间12%。Under the guidance of the Outline for the Development of Smart Urban Rail Transit in China,the technologies of interconnection,fully automatic operation(FAO),and intelligent transportation organization have shaped the development trends in the Chinese urban rail transit sector.This paper proposes an interconnection-based global dispatching technical solution for FAO systems,drawing on an analysis of relevant interconnection techniques.The objective is to develop a global dispatching system over networked rail transit lines based on cloud platforms,to tackle increasingly prominent issues in networked operational scenarios,such as rising operating costs and inconvenient passenger transfer.Firstly,the key technical routes for interconnection in FAO were reviewed.Then,a global dispatching solution was devised based on networked rail transit lines,including the relevant system architecture and a multi-objective optimization model.Finally,based on the operational and passenger flow data from a city's rail transit network,the multi-objective optimization model for the proposed dispatching solution was simulated for verification using a genetic algorithm.Simulation results showed that the application of this solution effectively reduced the total social consumption cost by 10.8%and shortened passenger travel time by 12%.
