摘 要:以伊利石为原料,采用加入介孔模板剂和盐酸酸洗的方法制备了多级孔SAPO-11分子筛,利用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、SEM等方法对样品进行表征。研究结果表明,两种方法均成功制备出多级孔SAPO-11分子筛,与微孔SAPO-11分子筛相比,两种方法得到的多级孔SAPO-11分子筛外表面积和孔体积均明显增大,盐酸酸洗破坏了SAPO-11分子筛的球形晶貌,加入介孔模板剂合成的多级孔SAPO-11分子筛更好地保留了SAPO-11分子筛的晶型结构。具有一定的创新性、综合性和可操作性,有助于提升学生的创新意识和实践能力。Hierarchical SAPO-11 molecular sieves were prepared from illite by adding mesoporous template and hydrochloric acid pickling.The samples were characterized by XRD,N 2 adsorption-desorption,and SEM.The results showed that the hierarchical SAPO-11 molecular sieve was successfully prepared by the two methods.Compared with the microporous SAPO-11 molecular sieve,the surface area and pore volume of the hierarchical SAPO-11 molecular sieve obtained by the two methods were significantly increased.The spherical crystal morphology of SAPO-11 molecular sieve was destroyed by hydrochloric acid pickling.The hierarchical SAPO-11 molecular sieve synthesized by adding mesoporous template agent retained the crystal structure of SAPO-11 molecular sieve better.This experiment has a certain degree of innovation,comprehensiveness and maneuverability,which helps to enhance students’innovative consciousness and practical ability.
