摘　　要：胚蛋注射技术最早起源于美国,在1983年由美国农业部家禽研究室的Sharma和Burmester发现。胚蛋注射是指在胚蛋孵化期尤其是孵化后期,通过人工方法给胚蛋注射一定量的营养物质,如能量物质、维生素、氨基酸等。由于家禽孵化后期对营养需求大,而胚蛋内储存的营养物质有限,因此通过外源方式补充相关营养物质可能影响家禽的孵化率、初生重、胫骨相关指标、血液生化指标以及免疫能力,对指导家禽实际生产有重要意义。该文简要介绍了家禽胚胎发育期间的生理特性和营养需求,以及我国胚蛋注射技术的应用及研究进展,并对该技术未来的发展进行展望。Embryo egg injection technology originated in the United States and was discovered by Sharma and Burmester from the Poultry Research Laboratory of the US Department of Agriculture in 1983.Embryo egg injection refers to the artificial injection of a certain amount of nutrients,such as energy,vitamins,amino acids,etc.,into the embryo egg during the incubation period,especially in the later stage.Due to the high nutritional demand of poultry in the later stage of hatching,and the limited nutrients stored in embryo eggs,supplementing relevant nutrients through exogenous means may affect the hatching rate,birth weight,tibia related indicators,blood biochemical indicators,and immune ability of poultry,which is of great significance for guiding actual poultry production.This article briefly introduces the physiological characteristics and nutritional requirements of poultry embryos during development,as well as the application and research progress of embryo egg injection technology in China,and looks forward to the future development of this technology.
