摘　　要：我国畜牧兽医执法活动具有广泛性、交叉性、专业性等特点。我国畜牧兽医执法队伍素质不高,科学技术加大畜牧兽医执法过程中的风险隐患,畜产品市场应是我国跨部门联合执法的重点领域,推动畜产品市场营商环境法治化至关重要。为应对挑战,推动我国畜牧业法治化进程,应加强畜牧兽医执法队伍建设,通过科技手段为畜牧兽医执法活动进行赋能,推动畜牧兽医领域跨部门联合执法规范化,并且平衡好政府服务和执法监管之间的关系,从而推动我国法治政府建设。Our country's animal husbandry and veterinary law enforcement activities are extensive,cross,professional and so on.The quality of China's animal husbandry and veterinary law enforcement team is not high,science and technology have increased the risks and hidden dangers in the process of animal husbandry and veterinary law enforcement,and the livestock product market should be the key area of cross-departmental joint law enforcement in China,and it is crucial to promote the legalization of the business environment in the livestock product market.In order to cope with the challenge,the process of legalization of animal husbandry in China is promoted.Our country should strengthen the construction of the animal husbandry and veterinary law enforcement team,enable the animal husbandry and veterinary law enforcement activities through scientific and technological means,promote the standardization of cross-departmental joint law enforcement in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary,and balance the relationship between government services and law enforcement supervision,so as to promote the construction of our government under the rule of law.
