环境差异视角下我国高山滑雪运动的大众化培育

摘　　要：高山滑雪运动是大众冬季运动的重要形式,但由于我国滑雪产业起步较晚,项目开展环境存在地区差异,导致当前高山滑雪运动的大众参与率较低,普及发展并不均衡。通过分析国内外高山滑雪优势区域的综合环境,发现优越的自然环境、完善的雪场基础设施、舒适便捷的配套服务以及浓厚的滑雪文化是这些区域吸引大众、快速发展的保障。对此,提出宏观引领微观扶持,多元发展滑雪产业;完善雪场配套供给,优化滑雪消费环境;依托滑雪赛事活动,丰富大众休闲方式;厚植传播滑雪文化,增强大众参与意识等培育策略。旨在对照和借鉴高山滑雪优势区域的先进经验与举措,同步丰富高山滑雪运动的“硬件”供给和“软件”资源,加快我国高山滑雪运动的大众化培育,在后冬奥时代创造冰雪经济新的增长点。Alpine sking is an important form of winter sports for the mass,but due to the late development of China's sking industry and regional differences in environmental conditions,the current public participation rate in alpine sking is relatively low,and its popularization is uneven.By analyzing the comprehensive environments of leading alpine sking regions both domestically and internationally,it is found that favorable natural environments,well-developed sking resort infrastructure,comfortable and convenient supporting services,and a strong sking culture are the key factors that attract the mass and ensure rapid development in these areas.Regarding of this,strategies are proposed to guide macro-level policies with micro-level support and to develop the sking industry in a diversified manner.Enhancing sking resort facilities,optimizing the sking consumption environment,leveraging skiing events to enrich public leisure options,and fostering sking culture to increase public awareness are recommended approaches.The aim is to align with and learn from the advanced experiences and practices of leading alpine sking regions,simultaneously enriching both the"hardware"supply and"software"resources of alpine sking,and accelerating its mass popularization in China.This will help create new growth points for the ice and snow economy in the post-Winter Olympics era.
