摘　　要：当今社会,高校学生心理健康问题日益凸显,心理危机事件时有发生,这不仅严重影响了学生的学习生活和身心健康,还对高校的正常教学秩序和校园安全构成了潜在威胁。因此,高校心理危机预防与干预工作显得尤为重要,需要从法律视角出发,探讨高校心理危机预防与干预工作的开展与风险规避问题,具体来说,可以建立心理健康教育与宣传机制、建立心理健康管理体系以及应急预案与危机处理机制等一系列防范措施,通过法律与思政教育的有机结合,构建一个更加完善的高校心理健康工作体系。In today's society,the mental health problems of college students are becoming increasingly prominent,and psychological crisis events occur from time to time,which not only seriously affects students'study,life and physical and mental health,but also poses a potential threat to the normal teaching order and campus safety of colleges and universities.Therefore,the prevention and intervention of psychological crises in colleges and universities is particularly important.It is necessary to explore the development and risk avoidance of psychological crisis prevention and intervention in colleges and universities from a legal perspective.Specifically,a series of preventive measures such as the establishment of a mental health education and publicity mechanism,the establishment of a mental health management system,and an emergency plan and crisis handling mechanism can be established.Through the organic combination of law and ideological and political education,a more complete mental health work system for colleges and universities can be constructed.
