摘　　要：在数字法治兴起的背景下,诉源治理作为法治建设的重要组成部分,正面临着前所未有的现实需求与挑战。数字鸿沟、数据安全和隐私保护的缺位、法律制度的滞后性、数字技术的双刃剑效应、跨部门跨领域的协调机制尚未完善等因素都对数字法治下的诉源治理造成了挑战。为了应对这些挑战,应坚持完善立法,为数字法治下的诉源治理提供法制保障;坚持技术创新,充分发挥技术的优势和作用;坚持机制创新,适应日益复杂多变的纠纷解决需求;坚持协同治理,实现资源互通,切实推动数字法治下的诉源治理的发展和实践。In the context of the emergence of digital rule of law,governance of litigation sources,as an important component of legal construction,is facing unprecedented practical needs and challenges.Factors such as the digital divide,data security and privacy protection,lagging legal systems,double-edged sword effect of digital technology,and the yet-to-be-perfected cross-sectoral and cross-domain coordination mechanisms all pose challenges to governance of litigation sources under the digital rule of law.To address these challenges,it is necessary to persist in improving legislation to provide legal guarantees for governance of litigation sources under the digital rule of law,adhere to technological innovation to fully leverage the advantages and roles of technology,uphold mechanism innovation to adapt to increasingly complex and diverse dispute resolution needs and adhere to collaborative governance to achieve resource sharing and effectively promote the development and practice of governance of litigation sources under the digital rule of law.
