摘 要:在水产养殖业中,鱼粉的消耗量较大。采用非鱼粉蛋白源替代水产饲料中的鱼粉,开发低鱼粉饲料,已成为当前水产养殖业研究与开发的热点。然而,非鱼粉蛋白源中存在一些抗营养因子,会影响低鱼粉饲料应用效果,在一定程度上制约了低鱼粉饲料的发展。在低鱼粉饲料中添加外源酶制剂可以有效提高非鱼粉蛋白的消化率,降解非鱼粉蛋白源中的抗营养物质,从而改善低鱼粉饲料的饲用价值。文章分析饲用酶制剂在水产饲料中的应用价值,综述其在低鱼粉水产饲料中的应用效果,为低鱼粉饲料的高效开发提供参考。In aquaculture,fishmeal is consumed in large quantities.Utilizing non-fishmeal protein sources to replace fishmeal in aquaculture feed and developing low-fishmeal feed has become a hot topic in current aquaculture industry research and development.However,non-fishmeal protein sources contain some anti-nutritional factors that can affect the application of low-fishmeal feed and to some extent,restrict the development of low-fishmeal feed.Adding exogenous enzyme preparations to low-fishmeal feed can effectively improve the digestibility of low-fishmeal and degrade the anti-nutritional substances in non-fishmeal protein sources,thereby enhancing the feeding value of low-fishmeal feed.The article analyzes the application value of feed enzyme preparations in aquaculture feed and reviews their application effects in low-fishmeal aquaculture feed,aiming to provide references for the efficient development of low-fishmeal feed.
