摘 要:针对传统光开关静电驱动易引起电磁干扰等问题,该文提出了一种利用镧改性锆钛酸铅(PLZT)陶瓷光电特性的光控复合驱动方式。阐述了基于PLZT陶瓷能量转换的驱动机理,建立了扭臂式光开关的光控复合驱动数学模型,并得到了驱动电压和输出位移的表达式。在此基础上采用COMSOL Multiphysics对光开关进行有限元仿真,利用所搭建的光学平台实验装置,对不同光照强度下的驱动性能进行理论、仿真和实验的对比分析。结果表明,光开关不同部位上的电势及电场线分布均匀,证明了模型结构设计的合理性。并且通过理论计算、仿真及实验研究验证了驱动数学模型的准确性,为开关控制提供理论基础。Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic interference easily caused in the traditional optical switch electrostatic driving,this paper proposes an optical-controlled composite driving method using the optoelectronic characteristics of lanthanum-doped lead zirconate titannate(PLZT)ceramic.The driving mechanism based on the energy conversion of PLZT ceramic is described,and a mathematic model of the optical-controlled composite driving of a twisted-arm optical switch is constructed.And the expressions of driving voltage and output displacement are obtained.Then,COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the finite element of the optical switch,and the experimental setup of the optical platform is constructed to compare the theoretical,simulation and experimental analysis of the driving performance under different light intensities.The results indicate that the potential and electric field lines on different parts of the optical switch are uniformly distributed,which proves the rationality of the model structure design.And the accuracy of the driving mathematical model is verified by theoretical calculation,simulation and experimental study,which provides a theoretical basis for the switch control.
