摘 要:聚醚醚酮(PEEK)是一种出色的金属种植体替代材料。然而,PEEK的表面能较低,呈现出生物惰性,这限制了它作为植入物时细胞的粘附。因此,研究人员探索了多种改善PEEK润湿性的方法以达到增强细胞粘附性的目的。本文简单介绍了材料表面润湿性与细胞粘附的关系。详细综述了近七年来PEEK润湿性的改性方法,包括表面改性和共混改性,其中表面改性又分为化学、物理和表面复合改性。最后,对PEEK骨植入材料在实际应用中可能存在的问题进行了展望。Polyether ether ketone(PEEK)is a good alternative to metal implants.However,PEEK has a low surface energy and exhibits biological inertness,which limits its cell adhesion when used as an implant.Extensive research has been conducted to improve the wettability of PEEK,aiming to enhance its cellular adhesion.This review briefly summarizes the relationship between material surface wettability and cell adhesion.The modification methods of PEEK wettability in the last seven years are reviewed in detail,including surface modification and blending modification,where surface modification is subdivided into chemical,physical and surface composite modification.Finally,problems that may exist in the practical application of PEEK as bone implant materials are prospected.
