摘　　要：奶牛生殖道菌群呈动态变化,当妊娠、环境或其他不利因素使微生态系统失去平衡时会导致机体抵抗力下降,机体产生相关疾病。健康的阴道菌群尤其是一些阴道益生菌,可以帮助机体维持阴道内环境平衡,抑制病原体发展,调节免疫反应。本文通过对生殖道微生物组成、微生物与生殖道疾病的关系,以及生殖道微生物作为益生菌在疾病防控中的应用进行论述,有助于研发出预防和治疗生殖道疾病的益生菌制剂,以帮助提高奶牛的繁殖性能。The reproductive health of dairy cows is critical to the farming industry.Microflora in the reproductive tract of dairy cows dynamic change dynamically,when pregnancy,environment or other adverse factors make the micro-ecosystem lose balance,resulting in decreased body resistance against related diseases.Healthy vaginal flora,especially some vaginal probiotics,can help the body maintain the vaginal environment,inhibit the development of pathogens,and regulate the immune response.At present,researches on probiotics are mainly focused on intestinal health or their effects on rumen microorganisms,and there are insufficient studies on reproductive tract diseases in dairy cows.Therefore,it is necessary to further understand the types and mechanisms of probiotics in the treatment of reproductive diseases.This paper discusses the composition of reproductive tract microorganisms,the relationship between microorganisms and reproductive tract diseases,and the application of reproductive tract microorganisms as probiotics in treating diseases,which will help to develop probiotics for prevention and treatment of reproductive tract diseases in dairy cows,so as to help improve their reproductive performance.
