摘 要:通过红松(Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc.)子代测定,选择优良家系及单株。以1988年营建的红松优树半同胞子代测定林为研究对象,调查其树高、胸径、单株材积、结实量,利用混合线性模型开展各性状的方差分析、多重比较、遗传变异分析及相关性分析,估算各性状的遗传参数和育种值。采用多目标决策法和选择指数法对优良家系和单株进行评价及选择。结果表明:各参试家系的生长性状(树高、胸径、单株材积)达到显著差异水平(P<0.05)。参试家系的生长性状存在较丰富的变异,表型及遗传变异系数范围分别为7.83%~39.08%、2.97%~19.76%。树高、胸径、单株材积的家系遗传力分别为0.712、0.731、0.709,均受较强遗传控制。单株材积同时具有相对较高的遗传变异系数和遗传力。在对各性状育种值进行多重比较的基础上采用多目标决策法,以20%的入选率筛选出6个优良家系,其中,树高、胸径、单株材积的平均遗传增益分别达到3.08%、12.04%、26.72%。采用选择指数法筛选出15株优良单株,入选率为14.56%,其类型包括13株材用型、6株果用型、6株果材兼用型优良单株。Through progeny testing of Pinus koraiensis,superior families and individuals were selected.The study focused on a half-sib progeny test forest of superior P.koraiensis trees established in 1988.Tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),individual tree volume,and fruit yield were investigated.A mixed linear model was used to conduct variance analysis,multiple comparisons,genetic variation analysis,and correlation analysis for these traits,estimating their genetic parameters and breeding values.Superior families and individuals were evaluated and selected using multi-objective decision-making and selection index methods.The results showed that the growth traits(tree height,DBH,individual tree volume)of the tested families differed significantly among families(P<0.05).The tested families exhibited abundant variation in growth traits,with phenotypic and genetic variation coefficients ranging from 7.83%to 39.08%and 2.97%to 19.76%,respectively.The heritability of tree height,DBH,and individual tree volume were 0.712,0.731,and 0.709,respectively,indicating strong genetic control.Individual tree volume showed relatively high genetic variation coefficient and heritability.Based on multiple comparisons of breeding values for each trait and using a multi-objective decision-making method,six superior families were selected with a selection rate of 20%,achieving average genetic gains of 3.08%,12.04%,and 26.72%for tree height,DBH,and individual tree volume,respectively.Using the selection index method,15 superior individuals were selected with a selection rate of 14.56%,including 13 wood-use type,6 fruit-use type,and 6 dual-purpose type superior individuals.
