摘　　要：2023年新修订的《中国共产党纪律处分条例》是党的十八大以来,党中央第三次对该条例进行修订,标志着党的纪律建设迈出了新的步伐。作为党的纪律建设的基础性法规,《中国共产党纪律处分条例》的出台、实施和修订,反映了党的纪律建设在不同历史时期的演进历程,推进了新时代党的纪律建设的理论创新、实践创新和制度创新。坚持党对纪律建设的全面领导、坚持全面从严治党、健全党内法规制度体系、坚持把惩治和教育相结合是新时代党的纪律建设基本经验。The newly revised"Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China"in 2023 is the third revision of the regulations by the Party Central Committee since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,marking a new step in the party's discipline construction.As the basic law of the party's discipline construction,the promulgation,implementation and revision of the"Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China"reflect the evolution of the party's discipline construction in different historical periods,and promote the theoretical innovation,practical innovation and institutional innovation of the party's discipline construction in the new era.Adhering to the party's overall leadership in discipline construction,adhering to the comprehensive and strict administration of the party,improving the system of laws and regulations within the party,and adhering to the combination of punishment and education are the basic experience of the party's discipline construction in the new era.
