摘　　要：目的了解安顺市各县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设现况,为疾病预防控制机构实验室能力建设提供参考依据。方法调查6个县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设情况,使用Excel 2013汇总并建立数据库,采用χ^(2)检验对数据进行分析。结果实验室面积达标率为66.7%。A、B、C3类设备平均配置率分别为65.3%、61.0%、27.0%;A、B类检测能力平均开展率分别为44.5%、19.9%;基本配置和推荐配置设备平均配置率分别为46.6%、22.8%;必须具备和推荐开展检测能力平均开展率分别为32.4%、28.2%。A类和B类设备配置率、B类检测能力开展率、基本配置设备配置率、必须具备和推荐开展检测能力开展率等的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设与国家和省级要求存在较大差距,需进一步加强场地面积、人力资源、设备配置和检测能力等方面的建设。Objective To understand the current situation of laboratory capacity building of county/district Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)in Anshun,and to provide reference for the reform of laboratory capacity building of CDC.Methods The laboratory capacity building of CDC in 6 counties/districts was investigated,the data were summarized and established by Excel 2013,and were analyzed by descriptive method.Results The laboratory area reached the standard rate of 66.7%.The average allocation rates of A,B and C types of equipment were 65.3%,61.0%and 27.0%respectively.The average development rates of class A and B detection capability were 44.5%and 19.9%,respectively.The average allocation rates of basic and recommended configurations were 46.6%and 22.8%,respectively.The average rates of required and recommended testing capability were 32.4%and 28.2%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the allocation rate of class A and B equipment,the development rate of Class B detection capability,the allocation rate of basic configuration equipment,and the development rate of required and recommended detection capability(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a large gap between the laboratory capacity building of CDCs in each county/district and the national and provincial requirements,and the construction of site area,human resources,equipment configuration and detection capacity should be further strengthened.
