摘　　要：文化润疆是以习近平同志为核心的党中央统筹两个大局战略,高度审视和谋划新疆发展建设作出的重大战略部署。兵团是新疆文化治理的重要战略力量,承担着文化使命,发挥着文化的辐射带动作用。研究发挥兵团文化润疆作用,要以塑造文化润疆优势为基础,以坚持文化润疆兵地融合为途径,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,以构建各民族嵌入式社区环境为支撑,以南疆地区为重点,为文化润疆的高效有序推进提供路径参考。The cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is a major strategic plan made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to coordinate the strategies of the two overall situations and to highly scrutinize and plan the development and construction of Xinjiang.The Corps is an important strategic force for cultural governance in Xinjiang,assuming the cultural mission and playing the role of radiation-driven culture.To study the role of the Corps in cultural embellishment of Xinjiang,it is necessary to shape the advantages of cultural embellishment of Xinjiang as the basis,adhere to the integration of the military and the land in cultural embellishment of Xinjiang as the way,cast the consciousness of the Chinese national community as the main line,and build the embedded community environment of various nationalities as the support,with the focus on the southern Xinjiang region,in order to provide a path reference for the efficient and orderly advancement of the cultural embellishment of Xinjiang.
