摘　　要：目的:探讨人体弓状线位置变异对经弓状线入路单孔腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术的影响。方法:回顾分析2021年1月至2022年7月收治的80例腹股沟疝患者的弓状线位置,根据脐至弓状线的距离分为3组,经典组(4~5 cm)、高位组(<4 cm)、低位组(>5 cm)。记录3组手术时间、出血量、术后并发症、术后第1天疼痛评分。结果:80例患者中经典组40例(50%),高位组17例(21.25%),低位组23例(28.75%),低位组手术时间、术后住院时间长于高位组与经典组,手术出血量多于高位组与经典组,术后疼痛评分高于高位组与经典组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组腹膜损伤、皮下气肿发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:弓状线变异对经弓状线入路的单孔全腹膜外疝修补术存在一定影响,了解变异情况利于进一步掌握该术式。Objective:To investigate the influence of arcuate line position variation on single-port laparoscopic totally extrape-ritoneal inguinal hernia repair via arcuate line approach.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for the location of the arcuate line in 80 patients with inguinal hernia from Jan.2021 to Jul.2022.Patients were divided into three groups according to the distance from the umbilicus to arcuate line:classical group(4~5 cm),high group(<4 cm),and low group(>5 cm).The operation time,blood loss,postoperative complications,and pain score on postoperative day 1 of three groups were recorded.Results:Among the 80 patients,40(50%)were in the classic group,17(21.25%)in the high group,23(28.75%)in the low group,and the operation time,post-operative hospital stay in the low group were significantly longer than those in the high group and the classic group,and surgical blood loss in the low group was more than that in the high group and the classic group,and the postoperative pain score was higher in the low group than that in the high group and the classic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of peritoneal injury and subcutaneous emphysema among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Arcuate line variation has an effect on trans-arcuate line laparoscopic single port totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair,understanding the variations is conducive to mastering this operation.
