摘　　要：作为常州市正在全力打造的十大先进制造业集群之一,常州市轨道交通产业经过多年发展集聚,已基本形成了产品研发、配套、制造、商务、物流和整车维修保养的完整产业链。本文将基于“钻石”模型对常州市轨道交通产业的竞争力进行分析,并尝试对未来发展的路径进行探寻。As one of the top ten advanced manufacturing clusters that Changzhou is striving to build,the rail transit industry in Changzhou has developed and gathered for many years,and has basically formed a complete industrial chain of product research and development,supporting,manufacturing,commerce,logistics,and vehicle maintenance.This article will analyze the competitiveness of Changzhou's rail transit industry based on the“diamond”model,and attempt to explore the future development path.
