摘  要:转辙机进行动作杆锁闭强度试验时,发现底壳受力面出现断裂,重复多次试验,在该受力面处均出现过载裂纹。针对该现象,首先,对底壳动作杆锁闭强度试验的受力截面进行力学分析、仿真及理论计算;其次,对底壳断裂位置进行材质化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、显微组织等多项试验分析;结合试验结果、计算数据及铸造优化方案,从底壳结构设计、铸造流动性、出模工艺等方面考虑,给出了电动转辙机底壳强度优化设计方案。During the locking strength test of the action lever of the switch machine,it was found that there was a fracture on the stress surface of the bottom shell.After repeated tests,overload cracks appeared at this stress surface.In response to the discovered phenomenon,first,mechanical analysis,simulation,and theoretical calculation on the stress section of the bottom shell action rod locking strength test were conducted.Secondly,multiple experimental analyses were conducted on the location of the bottom shell fracture,including material,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,scanning electron microscopy,etc.Then,based on the experimental results and calculation data,as well as preliminary optimization and improvement plans,after considering various aspects such as bottom shell structure design,casting flowability,and demolding process,a bottom shell scheme for strength optimization design was proposed.
