摘　　要：制动抱闸是铁路货车常发行车故障之一,成因复杂,为现场故障的快速排查处置带来较大困扰。基于抱闸故障车辆在外观检查和制动机试验中出现的故障表征,结合铁路货车制动系统的工作原理,分析了导致抱闸故障的具体原因,研究探讨了车辆抱闸故障的快速排查和处置方法,为准确快速处置车辆故障、提高铁路运输效率提供了理论支持。As a common vehicle fault during the running of railway freight cars,the abnormal braking has complicated causes,which brings great troubles to the quick investigation and disposal faults on-site.Based on the appearance inspection and brake test of the faulty vehicle,combined with the working principle of railway freight car braking system,the specific causes of the abnormal braking were analyzed,the rapid troubleshooting and disposal methods of the abnormal braking were studied and discussed,which provided theoretical support for the accurate and rapid disposal of the abnormal braking and the efficiency of railway transportation.
