摘　　要：基于CRH1A型动车组福伊特自动车钩运用检修过程中出现的部件失效引发动车组自动车钩故障的问题,分析了现阶段重联动车组车钩故障模式及存在的问题,针对性提出了CRH1A型动车组福伊特自动车钩运用检修优化建议及防控措施,为动车组运用检修提供技术支撑。Based on the problem of Voith automatic coupler failure of CRH1A type EMU caused by component failure during operation and maintenance,the failure mode and existing problems of the coupler of coupled EMU at the present stage were analyzed,and the optimization suggestions and prevention measures for the operation and maintenance of Voith automatic coupler of CRH1A type EMU were proposed.It provides technical support for the maintenance of EMU.
