摘 要:在复杂的设备布局空间中,各类机电产品和电子器件密集度不断提高,产品设计时需考虑电路、磁场、机械运动等各种因素的耦合作用,尤其需确认器件间特性匹配的情况。文中以一种升降工作装置异常动作的情况为例,对接近开关与步进电机共同工作时产生共频干扰的机理进行了说明,阐述了机电产品设计中器件特性匹配的重要性。In the space with complex equipment layout,the density of various electro-mechanical products and electronic devices continues to increase,and the coupling effect of various factors such as circuit,magnetic field and mechanical motion should be considered in product design,especially the matching of characteristics between devices should be confirmed.Taking the abnormal action of a lifting device as an example,the mechanism of common frequency interference when the proximity sensor and the stepper motor work together is explained,and the importance of device characteristic matching in the design of electro-mechanical products is expounded.
