“浅埋暗挖法”在李家岩水库输水管道穿越成灌高速公路中的应用

摘  要:李家岩水库输水管道工程穿越成灌高速公路的设计方案为浅埋暗挖,该方案能够避免修建高速路疏解便道和维护与保安工作。但浅埋暗挖施工是一项超过一定规模、危险性较大的工程项目,其浅埋暗挖的上部为成灌高速公路,其地层为砂卵石层,导致项目的危险性和超前支护的难度大幅度增加。现场实践表明:采用常规地质钻机在砂卵石地层中施打管棚的套管成孔长度极限值约为35 m,超过35 m后其成功率陡降、管棚偏斜严重,继而影响到后续施工的开挖质量。而选用浅埋暗挖法施工在洞内打设搭接超前管棚的方法解决了这一难题。阐述了针对具体问题采用的有针对性的处理措施,最终实现了高速路下“零沉降”的目标。The design scheme for the Lijiayan Reservoir Water Pipeline Project crossing the Expressway is shallow burial and hidden excavation,which avoids the construction of expressways and maintenance of security work.However,shallow burial and hidden excavation is a high-risk engineering project that exceeds a certain scale.The upper part of the shallow buried excavation is the expressway,and its stratum is a gravel layer,which greatly increases the danger of the project and the difficulty of advanced support.The practice shows that the maximum length of the casing hole for the pipe shed in the gravel stratum using a conventional geological drill is about 35 m.After exceeding 35 m,the success rate drops sharply and the pipe shed is seriously deflected,which in turn affects the excavation quality of subsequent construction.The method of overlapping advanced pipe sheds in the cave using shallow burial and hidden excavation solves this problem.This paper explains the targeted treatment measures for specific problems,and the goal of"zero settlement"under the expressway is finally achieved.
