“农文旅”融合发展,赋能黄河上游地区乡村振兴实践研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,以生态农业为核心基础,黄河上游地区乡村旅游与生态资源、文化底蕴在产业对接中有机融合的农文旅融合发展模式逐渐成为推动农业农村高质量发展的重要途径。研究以甘肃省为研究对象,深入分析了甘肃省农文旅融合的经济民生价值、文化历史价值、生态美学价值,阐明甘肃农文旅发展中特色农业资源丰富、景观旅游资源多样、文化旅游资源丰厚、地理位置独特等多种优势,最后总结甘肃在发展农文旅过程中的困境。据此,针对性地提出品牌建设主导策略、集聚专业人才策略、数字技术赋能策略、加强基础设施建设策略以及区域协作互动策略主导下的优化路径,以期为甘肃农文旅融合发展赋能乡村振兴提供借鉴。With the in-depth promotion of rural revitalization strategy,with ecological agriculture as the core foundation,rural tourism in the upper reaches of the Yellow River region and ecological resources,cultural heritage in the industrial docking organic integration of agriculture,culture and tourism integration development model gradually become an important way to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.The study takes Gansu Province as the research object,analyzes in depth the economic and livelihood value,cultural and historical value,and ecological and aesthetic value of the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism in Gansu Province,elucidates the advantages of the development of agriculture,culture and tourism in Gansu,such as abundant characteristic agricultural resources,diverse landscape tourism resources,rich cultural tourism resources,and unique geographic location,etc.,and finally sums up the dilemma of the process of the development of agriculture,culture and tourism in Gansu.Accordingly,the optimization path led by brand building strategy,gathering professional talents strategy,digital technology empowerment strategy,strengthening infrastructure construction strategy,and regional collaboration and interaction strategy is proposed in order to provide a reference for the integrated development of Gansu's agriculture,culture and tourism to empower rural revitalization.
