摘　　要：转基因植物中试基地为转基因生物安全评价的中间试验阶段提供了有力支撑,满足了各类作物规模化试验的要求。随着转基因生物育种产业化步伐加快,国内获批的转基因植物中试基地数量逐渐增加,但所建基地在规范性和标准化方面还存在不足,需要持续改进。本文分析了转基因植物中试基地的特点、作用及重要性,探讨了中试基地今后的发展趋势,并针对基地建设的制度体系、技术水平、风险评估等方面提出相应的策略建议,为建设规范、标准的转基因中试基地提供参考,以便更好的助力我国转基因等生物育种产业的健康发展。The transgenic plant pilot base provides a powerful support for the intermediate test stage of transgenic biological safety evaluation,meets the requirements of scale test for various crops.With the acceleration of the industrialization of transgenic biological breeding,the number of approved transgenic plant pilot bases in China had gradually increased.However,these bases still exist deficiencies in normativity and standardization,which need continuous improvement.This paper analyzed the characteristics,functions and importance of the transgenic plants pilot base,discussed the future development trend of the pilot base,and proposed the corresponding strategic suggestions for the institutional system,technical level and risk assessment and other aspects of the base construction.The purpose was to provided reference for the construction of norms and standards transgenic pilot base,helped the healthy development of transgenic and other biological breeding industries in China.
