摘 要:轴压作用下中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱的外钢管失稳临界应力计算公式还不够完善。分析认为,中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱的外钢管与实心钢管混凝土短柱的外钢管受力情况基本相同。因此,基于张耀春等的理论模型研究了中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱外钢管的局部失稳。构件夹层混凝土与外钢管条形单元相互作用模型取为文克尔弹性地基上的长梁模型,进而可以利用文克尔弹性地基梁理论计算外钢管的弯曲波长λ。根据实际工程中的钢管厚度t与圆柱构件横截面半径r之比远小于1∶t/r?1的情况,和外钢管失稳波长约为弯曲波长λ,简化了张耀春等模型中的理论推导。类比该模型,推导得出中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱外钢管局部失稳临界应力简化计算公式。该简化计算模型中局部失稳波长与其他学者的试验数据对比,平均误差为7.7%,临界应力计算值的相对误差值为2.7%,表明该简化计算公式可行,可以为工程实践提供参考。The formula for calculating the critical stress of the local instability of outer steel tube of concrete⁃filled double⁃skin steel tube stub column under axial compression is not perfect enough.According to the analysis,the stress of the outer steel pipe of the concrete⁃filled double⁃skin steel tube stub column is basically the same as that of the solid concrete⁃filled steel tube stub column.Therefore,based on the theoretical model of Zhang Yaochun et al.,the local instability of outer steel tube of the concrete⁃filled double⁃skin steel tube stub column is studied.The interaction model between the sandwich concrete and the outer steel tube strip element is taken as the model of long beam on the Winkel elastic foundation,and then the calculation formula of the bending wavelengthλin the Wenkel elastic foundation beam is introduced.According to the fact that the ratio of the thickness t of the steel tube to the cross⁃sectional radius r of the cylindrical component in the actual engineering is much less than 1∶t/r≪1,and the wavelength of the instability of the outer steel pipe is about the bending wavelengthλ,the theoretical derivation in the model of Zhang Yaochun et al.is simplified.By analogy with the model of Zhang Yaochun et al.,a simplified calculation formula for the critical stress of local instability of the concrete⁃filled double⁃skin steel tube stub outer steel tube is derived.Compared with the experimental data of other scholars,the average error of the local instability wavelength in the simplified calculation model is 7.7%,and the relative error value of the calculated value of critical stress is 2.7%,which indicates that the simplified calculation formula is feasible and can provide reference for engineering practice.
