摘 要:随着对可再生能源的需求日益增长,我国兴建了众多光伏电站,但光伏发电存在间歇性和波动性,需对其输出功率进行平抑,因此,提出一种混合储能系统协调控制策略。首先,建立飞轮以及锂电池模型,采用变分模态分解方法分解光伏电站输出功率,取得不同储能单元充放电指令,基于不同储能的响应时间,得到不同储能系统容量配置;其次,结合锂离子电池历史运行数据,构建锂离子电池寿命模型,以延长锂离子电池寿命为目标,采用粒子群滤波算法,提出一种混合储能系统协调控制策略;最后,通过某额定装机容量15 MW的光伏电站历史运行数据,仿真验证了本文所提混合储能系统控制策略的有效性。With the growing demand for renewable energy,China has built a multitude of photovoltaic(PV)power stations.However,due to the intermittency and volatility inherent in PV power generation,it is necessary to level its output power.This study begins by establishing models for both a flywheel and a lithium battery.Then,the output power of the PV station is decomposed using the variational mode decomposition(VMD)method to obtain charging and discharging commands for different energy storage units.Considering the response times of diverse energy storage systems,the study determines the capacity configurations for each system.Additionally,incorporating historical operational data from lithium-ion batteries,a longevity model for these batteries is devised to prolong their lifespan.A coordinated control strategy for the hybrid energy storage system is introduced using a particle swarm filtering algorithm.Finally,the efficacy of the proposed control strategy for hybrid energy storage systems is validated through simulation results based on historical operational data from a 15 MW-rated PV station.
