摘 要:为更好地解决设施栽培过程中出现的病虫害问题,设计一款面向设施农业的臭氧杀菌闭环控制系统。该系统以STM32F103C8T6单片机为核心,由臭氧发生器、高速风机、臭氧浓度传感器、计时器和报警器组成闭环控制系统。当系统信号采集模块检测到设施空间中臭氧浓度时,通过检测电路将采样信号传递给控制器,控制器根据系统设定值判断并控制臭氧发生器等执行机构工作,实现臭氧浓度的精准控制,减轻臭氧浓度不适给设施蔬菜带来的严重伤害。系统设定浓度为60 mg/m^(3),系统稳定后工作时长30 min。以此为基础,应用臭氧杀菌闭环控制系统对温室番茄叶霉病、灰霉病进行防治试验。结果表明,使用该系统防控对番茄叶霉病、灰霉病的防效优于常规防治,在温室番茄全成长期,叶霉病、灰霉病发生率均显著下降,防治效果分别为89.3%、92.2%。In order to better solve the problem of plant diseases and insect pests in the process of protected cultivation,a closed‑loop ozone sterilization control system for protected agriculture is designed.The system is based on STM32F103C8T6 single‑chip microcomputer and consists of ozone generator,high‑speed Fan,ozone concentration sensor,timer and alarm.When the system signal acquisition module detects the ozone concentration in the facility space,the sampling signal is transmitted to the controller through the detection circuit,and the controller judges and controls the work of the ozone generator and other actuators according to the system setting value,so as to achieve accurate control of the ozone concentration and reduce the serious damage caused by the inappropriate ozone concentration to the facility vegetables.The system concentration is set to 60 mg/m^(3),and the working time is 30 min after the system is stabilized.On this basis,ozone sterilization closed‑loop control system is used to control leaf mold and gray mold of tomato in greenhouse.The results show that the control effect of the system on leaf mold and gray mold of tomato is better than that of conventional control.The incidence of leaf mold and gray mold is decreased significantly in the whole growing stage of greenhouse tomato,and the control effect is 89.3%and 92.2%,respectively.
