摘 要:土壤沙化问题是目前我国制约农业发展的因素之一。设计一款农田沙化土壤改良机,利用SolidWorks建立其整机模型,针对其关键部件搅拌筒建立离散元模型,并使用EDEM软件进行离散元分析,以搅拌轴旋转速度、旋转方向和搅拌时长为试验因素,以土壤和改良液混合均匀程度为优化指标,分析改良装置搅拌筒工作情况。通过正交仿真试验结果得出:最优参数为搅拌架旋转速度40 r/min、搅拌时间15 s、两搅拌架转动方向相反时,其搅拌均匀度为92.61%,变异系数为0.0749。The problem of soil desertification is one of the factors restricting the development of agriculture in China.A farmland desertification soil improvement machine was designed.The whole machine model was established by SolidWorks,and the discrete element model was established for the key component mixing cylinder.The EDEM software was used for discrete element analysis.The rotation speed,rotation direction and stirring time of the mixing shaft were used as experimental factors,and the mixing uniformity of soil and improved liquid was used as the optimization index to analyze the working condition of the mixing cylinder of the improved device.Through the orthogonal simulation test results,it is concluded that when the stirring frame rotation speed is 40 r/min,the stirring time is 15 s,and the rotation direction of the two stirring frames is opposite,the stirring uniformity is 92.61%,and the coefficient of variation is 0.0749,which is the optimal parameter.
