摘 要:对于抗车辙沥青而言,抗车辙剂的最佳掺量一直是一个技术难题,为解决这一问题,通过车辙试验、弯曲破坏试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂强度试验等研究了不同抗车辙剂掺量下沥青混合料性能的变化规律,结果显示,随着抗车辙剂的掺入,沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温稳定性及水稳定性均有明显提高,掺量在0.3%时,试件的破坏应变值、抗弯拉强度值、残留稳定度值及冻融劈裂强度比值均达到峰值,分别为2583με、13.6 MPa、92%、93%,故0.3%可作为抗车辙剂的最佳掺量,并通过工程项目,进一步证明了0.3%抗车辙剂掺量的沥青混合料在实际应用中有着良好的效果。For rut-resistant asphalt,the optimal dosage of anti-rutting agent has always been a difficult problem for technicians.In order to solve this problem,the study analyzes the performance variation law of asphalt mixture under different rutting agent dosage through rut test,bending failure test,immersion Marshall test,and freeze-thaw splitting strength test,etc.The results showed that,with the addition of anti-rutting agent,the high temperature stability,low temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture were significantly improved,and the failure strain value,flexural tensile strength value,residual stability value and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio reached the peak value at 0.3%,which were 2583με,13.6 MPa,92%and 93%,respectively.Therefore 0.3%can be used as the best dosage of anti-rutting agent.Through the actual project,it is proved that 0.3%anti-rutting agent asphalt mixture in practical application has good effect.
