摘 要:波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥在施工阶段结构受力状态较为复杂,为确保在施工过程中安全可靠,建立桥梁结构施工仿真计算模型,模拟主梁在不同施工阶段的施工过程,结合桥梁悬臂施工位移监测方法及混凝土结构应力测量原理,对比分析有限元仿真结果与实际监测数据。结果表明,理论数值和实测数据吻合度较高,建立的施工仿真模型能够较好地反映实际桥梁的受力状态,主梁结构应力和线形均满足设计要求。The structural stress state of PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel web is relatively complicated in the construction stage.In order to ensure the safety and reliability in the construction process,a simulation calculation model of bridge structure construction is established to simulate the construction process of main beam in different construction stages.Based on the displacement monitoring method of bridge cantilever construction and the stress measurement principle of concrete structure,the finite element simulation results and actual monitoring data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the theoretical values are in good agreement with the measured data,the construction simulation model can better reflect the stress state of the actual bridge,and the structural stress and alignment of the main beam meet the design requirements.
