摘　　要：班组是技术标准实施的重要主体,其应用技术标准的能力和水平直接影响到标准的价值和效能发挥。提升班组对技术标准的应用能力和执行能力,加深班组成员对标准的理解和掌握,对于企业确保发挥标准实效、实现高质量发展至关重要。本文基于电网企业一线班组的作业要求,构建班组技术标准应用导航地图的原型,规划“五层两境”的班组技术标准应用导航地图技术架构,推动业务与标准形成有机整体,同步提升班组的标准实施能力和业务作业能力。Teams are an important subject for the implementation of technical standards,and their ability and level to apply technical standards directly affect the value and effectiveness of the standards.Enhancing the ability of teams to apply and implement technical standards and deepening team members’understanding and mastery of standards are crucial for enterprises to ensure the effectiveness of standards and realize high-quality development.Based on the operational requirements of frontline teams in power grid enterprises,this paper establishes a prototype of a navigation map for application of technical standards in teams and plans a“five-layer and two-environment”technical structure of the navigation map,promoting the formation of an organic whole of business and standards,and improving team members’ability to implement standards and operate business.
